- LeadResearcher works best when used in moderation - It uses public data available on Google and other search engines. These websites discourage extensive use of their services to protect their best interests. We suggest use of the find/append functionality on batches of 200 records at a time.
- For optimal performance of the grid, ensure that you have a maximum of 4000 records in the LeadResearcher grid. This is a temporary technical limitation and will be fixed in subsequent releases.
- Capturing and searching information using Social Networking sites should be used in moderation. We have built in safeguards into LeadResearcher to prevent excessive, abusive use. For example, copying data out of Social Networks is limited to 400 records a day.
- During processing, LeadResearcher uses your social network for finding information and contacts relevant to you. Hence, bigger your social network, the better are the results. We recommend making more friends! (and adding more connections! )
- Ensure that you do not violate the privacy policies of the websites from which you capture information. We encourage our users to read the respective websites’ privacy policies before using LeadResearcher on them.
