AutoMail is a powerful tool that can send personalized email to selected list of contacts. This can be used as a plug-in tool for ListGrabber Standard or as a stand-alone tool.
You can use AutoMail to send advertisements, offers, promotions, newsletters and follow-ups quickly.

What are the advantages of AutoMail?
In addition to sending massive personalized email, AutoMail can:
- Import contact list from any source like web pages, online directories, documents, email folders etc. using ListGrabber.
- Import contact list from existing address books, Excel files or CSV files.
- Create templates with different set of messages for various purposes.

What are restrictions in the trial version?
The trial version is fully functional. You can create any number of templates in the trial version. But you can send only three emails using a template at a time.
How do I purchase the License Key?

After Installation, the eGrabber Product Registration window appears.
- Enter the License Key you have received and click Register Now.
- After you get the message "Successfully Registered", click Continue to start using the product.
I am not able to register the product. What could be the problem?
- Check whether you have entered the License Key properly. You can copy and paste the License Key to avoid typing errors.
- Ensure that you are connected to Internet at the time of registering the product.
- The other problems are, your Internet connection may be slow, or the server may be busy. In these circumstances, check the Internet connection and try registering after some time.
Can I use AutoMail in multiple systems?
If you want to use the product in multiple systems, you need to purchase multiple licenses. Contact our customer support to get multiple licenses. If you want to use the product in another system with the same license key, follow the steps:
- Unregister the product in System A.
- Install and register in System B.
I upgraded my system to higher configuration. How to install and register AutoMail with the same license key?
- Note down your License Key number.
- Unregister the product.
- Upgrade your system.
- Install the Product and Register again.
My hard disk crashed and I was not able to unregister the product. How do I register the product?
In such exceptional cases, you can contact our customer support to obtain a new license key. Your former license key is revoked and using this key in future violates the terms of License Agreement.
Note: We recommend you to have a Backup of the software in a CD or in another system to avoid such discrepancies.

How to delete the duplicate contacts in the list?
Click Check Duplicates on the toolbar and the duplicate contacts are selected. Now right-click the Grid and click Remove Duplicates to delete the selected duplicate contacts.
You can also check for duplicates in the templates in the current folder or all the templates.
How can I include the CC: field in my email message?
Open the template in the Template Editor mode. You can double-click the template to open it.
Click More on the template editor toolbar and select the CC: field to include it in the email message. You can insert the field or enter the email ID in the CC: field and save the template.
Now the email message contains the CC: field.
I have setup default values for some fields. But they are not shown in the email message.
Click Options on the toolbar and click Miscellaneous.
Select the Enable Default Values checkbox. Now the default values will appear in the email message.
Whenever I make a change in the contact list, I am prompted to save the change. Can I hide this message?
Click Options on the toolbar and click Miscellaneous.
Select the Automatically save grid data checkbox. Now the changes made in the Contact Grid are saved automatically without prompting you to save the changes.
How do I select multiple contacts in the Grid?
You can select the adjacent contacts by dragging the mouse or by pressing the SHIFT key and clicking the first and last contact in the range to be selected.
To select non-adjacent contacts, press the CTRL key and click the appropriate contacts.
What is the difference between Remove List and Avoid List?
Both the lists appear to function similarly. Anyway, you can maintain two different set of lists that enable you to avoid sending email either permanently or temporarily.
Remove List:
You can maintain the email IDs to which you may not be sending email permanently in the Remove List. This can be maintained by the whole corporate irrespective of the departments and projects.
Avoid List:
You can maintain email IDs that need to be avoided by specific departments or for specific projects in the Avoid List. The list varies for departments and projects. This list is temporary and may be changing according to the projects
I am using Outlook Express to send email. Each time when I send messages using AutoMail, I come across a message box prompting me whether to send the mail. How do I get rid of this message?
This occurs due to the default settings in your Outlook Express.
In your Outlook Express window, click 'Tools > options'. In the 'Options' dialog box that appears, click the 'Security' tab and select the 'Warn me when other applications try to send mail as me' checkbox.
Now you can send email without getting the message box.
