What is AutoNext?
AutoNext is an addon for ListGrabber that enables you to automatically navigate through all the next page links of your search result and captures contact details found in every webpage, all with a button click. It empowers and automates the collection of contacts from every webpage without you having to manually traverse every page and copy paste contact lists one at a time or one page at a time. It replaces the tedious and time consuming task of manually navigating and copying data from every page in a search result. A single click can get you all the business contacts and addresses for you to jump start your marketing campaign.
 How does it work?
Make sure you have Enabled AutoNext. You can enable this by pointing your mouse to Settings menu in ListGrabber toolbar or "Capture Contacts" Button in the Internet Explorer toolbar.
Step1: Select the first page of your search result
Step2: Click on Capture Contacts button on your Internet Explorer toolbar or use the Grid Icon on the ListGrabber toolbar.
Does it require any software to be installed to use AutoNext?
Yes, it requires ListGrabber to be installed in your computer. All other system requirements
remains the same as in ListGrabber.
What are the versions of ListGrabber AutoNext works with?
AutoNext works with ListGrabber Standard 4.0 or higher.
I Installed AutoNext but It doesn't seem to work?
Make sure you have checked "Enable AutoNext" after installing / applying LiveUpdate. You can enable this by pointing your mouse to "Settings" menu in ListGrabber toolbar or "Capture Contacts" Button in the Internet Explorer toolbar.
Why do I see all the options in Capture Contacts in Internet Explorer toolbar disabled?
Why do I see a menu item "Enable AutoNext feature" disabled in ListGrabber toolbar?
These menu items get disabled if you have either no license or your license has expired.
How do I get a License for AutoNext or how do I enable AutoNext feature?

or call us Toll Free @ 1-866-299-7314. Once you give us a call it can almost be activated instantly.
I got a License / renewed my license for AutoNext, but still doesn't work. All the options are disabled.
If you have activated / purchased / renewed your License for ListGrabber
you will need to close ListGrabber and launch it again. Check now if the options are enabled.

Can I continue to use ListGrabber without AutoNext?
Yes, all you need to do is uncheck "Enable AutoNext" in Settings menu in ListGrabber toolbar
or "Capture Contacts" in Internet Explorer toolbar.
I see a toolbar with a button named "Capture Contacts" in Internet Explorer and I also see an Icon of ListGrabber in Internet Explorer. What is the difference?
The ListGrabber icon (Big) seen on the Internet Explorer appears on installing ListGrabber.
"Capture Contacts" button on the Internet Explorer toolbar appears on installing AutoNext.
If AutoNext is enabled both the buttons can be used to capture names and addresses from multiple pages in AutoNext mode
I installed the AutoNext addon for ListGrabber. I don't see it in the Internet Explorer Browser. Why?
In the Internet Explorer browser go to View>Toolbars> and check "eGrabber AutoNext".
What are the Browsers supported by AutoNext?
Currently only Internet Explorer is supported as Browser.
How do I know If AutoNext will work for a website?
You have an option called 'Test AutoNext' under 'Capture Contacts' tool bar, this option helps you to test the AutoNext feature by navigating to about 5 pages without grabbing the data. Once you are satisfied, you can choose 'Enable AutoNext' option to actually grab the data to destination application or to Grid.
Limitations of AutoNext?
- It works only with Internet Explorer.
- It supports only webpages and doesnot support documents, pdf's, text files, flash files, images etc.
- Works only in combination with ListGrabber. It requires you to have ListGrabber installed on your computer.
- Alphabetical series like A B C D is not supported.
- Other special navigation cases like combo box drop down etc. is not supported
Can I change the settings in AutoNext?
Yes, you can change the settings. You can change y pointing your mouse to AutoNext options.
What is the General tab in AutoNext Options?
The AutoNext Options dialog box enables you to customize the options.
By default, the General tab is displayed. You can setup the following options:
Under Navigation Mode, select the mode of navigation as follows:
- Visible: To view the navigations. This option is selected by default.
- Invisible: To hide the navigations. The navigation is processed on the background. Select this option when you do not want to view the navigations.
Maximum Pages: You can restrict the number of navigations here. Enter the number of pages you want to process at a time. This option enables you to manage your license limit on the number of pages you can navigate. The limit can be entered from 1 to 100 pages.
Wait Time: Enter a wait time for AutoNext to pause between navigations. The time limit is from 0 to 1000 seconds.
What is the purpose of the Customize Navigation tab in AutoNext Options?
AutoNext works only if the Next feature is available in the web page. Some websites may contain alternate keywords like More to navigate to next page.
You can customize AutoNext for this type of websites in the Customize Navigation tab.
In the Customize Navigation tab, click the Add button.
In the dialog box that appears enter the URL of the website and the keyword used for navigation.
Click Add. The added URL and keyword is displayed in the Customize Navigation tab.
To modify the keywords, select the keyword and click Modify. In the Modify Keyword dialog box, make the required changes to the keyword and click Update to save the changes.
To delete the keywords, select the keyword and click Delete.
How can I get AutoNext added to my ListGrabber?
Download the link and double-click on the AutoNext~ exe file. This will launch AutoNext and automatically add a 'Capture Contacts' toolbar to your IE. and 'Enable AutoNext feature' menu item in ListGrabber toolbar. I find there are 2 options to Navigate. What is the recommended settings, Visible or Invisible?
It is always recommended to use AutoNext in Visible settings.
ListGrabber seems to hang for the website I am using to extract with AutoNext. Why?
Check if you are using AutoNext in Invisible Mode. See Capture Contacts>AutoNext Options in Internet Explorer ToolBar.
Can I set a limitation of how many pages to navigate in a single stroke?
Yes, you can do it in AutoNext Options.
Can I give my own keywords to navigate?
Yes, you can customize by giving your own keywords and AutoNext would automatically navigate.
This is available as a tab called "Customize Navigation" in AutoNext Options.
How do I keep track of how many more navigations are remaining for my License / how many that I have used?
You can use "Check Meter" option available in Capture Contacts button in the Internet Explorer toolbar.
It pops up some kind of expiry notice everytime I use AutoNext. What is this? Is there a way to shut it off?
If you have <= 5 navigations remaining, it will pop up a warning message. If the check meter reading is 0, it pops up an expiry notice which means you have exhausted all your navigations and your AutoNext license has expired.
You have an option to shut it off though using “Do not show this …”.
It says my License has expired. How do I renew it?
