eGrabber LeadResearcher Pro is a powerful and intelligent tool that quickly finds the missing contact information of your contacts based on the first name, last name and company name. It enables you to process multiple contacts at a time.
Who can use LeadResearcher™ Pro?
The organizations and individuals, who are having or building Database of Leads but Not have the complete information about the Leads can use the LeadResearcher Pro to append missing contact information in their Database.
How many searches can I process at a time?
LeadResearcher Pro Process two thousand searches at a time and provide you the missing contact information such as email address,phone no.and Networking site Profile of the Given contacts.

LeadResearcher™ Pro comes with online help, which is very simple and self explanatory. You can also refer the Quick Start Guide and User Manual for more details.
What are the System Requirements to install LeadResearcher™ Pro?
- Pentium III and above recommended, Windows XP/ Windows Vista
- 512 MB RAM or as required by the OS, 50 MB disk space to install the program
- 100 MB free disk space to run the application
How do I install the trial version of LeadResearcher™ Pro?
Download the installation file from http://www.egrabber.com/leadresearcherpro/trial.html. The Install Shield Wizard guides you through the rest of the process.
What are the restrictions in the trial version?
The trial version is fully functional, but can be used only for a specific period. After successful installation, you can evaluate the product for three days. You can also obtain a Free Trial License Key and use the trial version for 10 days or 50 email searches, whichever occurs earlier.
How do I obtain a Free Trial License Key?
If you have provided a valid E-mail ID at the time of downloading the product, you will receive your Free Trial License Key via E-mail to your E-mail ID.
After installation, the eGrabber Product Registration window appears. Enter the License Key in the space provided and click Register Now.
Click Continue to start using the product.
My trial version has expired; can I download it again?
Once your trial version expires, you cannot download it again. However, you can contact our customer support and extend the trial version period for another 10 days.
How do I purchase the License Key?
You can purchase LeadResearcher Pro online: http://www.egrabber.com/leadresearcherpro/buying_info.html. You can contact our customer support as well to purchase the product.
How do I register LeadResearcher™ Pro?
After Installation, the eGrabber Product Registration window appears.
- Enter the License Key you have received and click Register Now.
- After you get the message "Successfully Registered", click Continue to start using the product.
I am not able to register the product. What could be the problem?
- Check whether you have entered the License Key properly. You can copy and paste the License Key to avoid typing errors.
- Ensure that you are connected to the Internet at the time of registering the product.
- The other problems are, your Internet connection may be slow, or the server may be busy. In these circumstances, check the Internet connection and try registering after some time.
Can I use LeadResearcher™ Pro in multiple systems?
If you want to use the product in multiple systems, you need to purchase multiple licenses. Contact our customer support to get multiple licenses. If you want to use the product in another system with the same license key, follow the steps:
- Unregister the product in System A.
- Install and register the product in System B.
I upgraded my system. How to install and register LeadResearcher™ Pro with the same license key?
- Note down your License Key number.
- Unregister the product.
- Upgrade your system.
- Install the Product and Register again.
If you do not unregister the product, it is not possible to register again.
My hard disk crashed and I was not able to unregister the product. How do I register the product?
In such exceptional cases, you can contact our customer support to obtain a new license key. Your former license key is revoked and using this key in future violates the terms of License Agreement.
Note: We recommend you to have a backup of the software in a CD or in another system to avoid such discrepancies.

What is Reverse E-mail Lookup?
Reverse Email Look Up allows user to finds contact name and company name,Phone No.,Web Profiles , Company links and other relevant information for given email address.
What is Validate E-mail?
Validate E-mail Enables user to test validity of E-mail by giving email in grid field and get the Result in E-mail Validation as either Valid or Invalid.
What is Paste Contact?
User can Import the contact details (name and Company name ) from any list website , Excel/csv etc. and Transfer it in grid in respective Fields.
What is Find Web Profiles?
Find Web Profiles option enables you to find all the public profile links of your contact. It extracts profile links from social networking sites like Zoominfo, MySpace, Spoke, etc.
How do I transfer the contact details to the destination application?
To transfer the results into the destination application choose the destination application from the destination toolbar (Excel,Outlook or PC Recruiter) and click transfer button , the results will be automatically transfered to the destination application.
Why do I get an "Expiry Notice" at the end of 90 days of purchasing the product?
LeadResearcher™ Pro comes with Free Updates for 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, you will get the "Expiry Notice." The Expiry Notice is for the Free Updates and not for the product.
What is meant by "Free Update"?
LeadResearcher™ Pro is frequently updated with the latest changes and features in the product as well as in the destination applications. You can update LeadResearcher Pro by using this "Free Update" option to ensure smooth functioning of the product.
How do I get Free Updates after 90 days?
You can continue to receive Free Updates after 90 days by subscribing for the "Annual Upgrade Protection Plan." It is a paid subscription and you will receive the Free Updates for one year from the date of subscription.
"Annual Upgrade Protection Plan" includes all updates including free upgrade to newer versions.
