1) Setting Grid Lines for Tasks
 
 
How can I set grid lines for lists, tabs and task lists in ACT!?

To set grid lines for lists, tabs and task lists in ACT!, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Tools menu and click 'Preferences'.
2. Click the 'Colors & Fonts' tab.
3. From the 'Customize list', select a list view, tab, or task list.
4. Select 'Show grid lines'.
5. Click 'OK' to save the settings.

 
 
2) Avoid Duplicate Contact Entries

Customers who take the trouble to complain are doing you a favor. They are helping you grow your business. They are cautioning you about a problem that is costing you business. They are also giving you an opportunity to find a solution to their problems.

Create a page in your website for customer complaints or have a feedback form asking them suggestions for improvement. Get them to identify your weaknesses and correct them.
