You can hide an activity from other ACT! users by scheduling it as a private activity. To schedule a private activity

Select 'Preferences' from 'Tools' menu. |

 'Calendar' & 'Scheduling' tab. |
| 3. |
'Scheduling Preferences' button. |
| 4. |
Clear 'Make new activities public' option. |
| 5. |
'OK'. |
Any activity that is scheduled will now be hidden from the rest of ACT! users.
