To create a lookup of all ACT! contacts with whom you have a sales opportunity, follow these steps:

1. “Lookup” on the main menu bar.
2. Select “Sales Stage”.
3. Insert an asterisk (*) in the Sales Stage box.
4. OK.


 
 
2) Build a Prospects List in no Time
