1) Editing Contact Names in ACT!		  
 
Did you know that you can edit ACT! prefix / suffix list to include the salutations or titles you most often use?

To add your own prefix / suffix to an ACT! contact, follow the steps given below:

1. Choose Edit from the main menu bar.
2. From the drop down menu, choose Preferences.
3. Names tab.
4. Select “First name prefixes” to display the default list of prefixes.
5. Add button to add you own list of first name prefixes.
6. OK.
7. Follow the same procedure to add Last name prefixes and Last name suffixes.


 
 
2) Instantly Capture Contact Details
