  Organize your GoldMine Taskbar Documents  
   

Is your GoldMine Taskbar cluttered? One of the ways to remove the clutter is by organizing the Taskbar links into groups (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.) instead of individual documents.

Here's how you can do it:

1. Right click on the Taskbar and select Customize Taskbar.
2. Right click and add the Groups (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.)
3. Add an item to Group and select Website (instead of Document).
4. In the URL, add a file location (enter file:/// followed by the path) instead of a URL.

Now the Taskbar will be organized into folders of documents instead of individual document links.
