What ResumeGrabber
does?
ResumeGrabber is a resume

contact-details and job-skills from resumes
and creates a CSV / TXT with its unique
Data Export feature. The file then can be
imported into your database (eg- MS Excel
/ Access and many more....).

resume and entered into Other Database.
- Candidate Name
- Street Address
- City, State, Zip
- Country
- Home Phone
- Work Phone

- User specified keywords
and job-skills
ResumeGrabber does more
than creating a contact in your database

into your Database for future lookup.
- Saves resume in user specified
folder in PC.

ResumeGrabber allows recruiters
and companies to pro-actively build a candidate
database.
Since ResumeGrabber makes
it easy to enter resumes into a database,
we found that many companies take advantage
of this to build a database of all job applicants.
This enables them to search their database
in the future if they are looking for people
with similar skills.
Third party recruiters are
using ResumeGrabber to build candidate database
with specialized skills for future reference
and placement. Due to the soft job market
there are ten times more candidates on the
web with various specialized skills. These
same candidates will be hard to get (passive
candidates), once the job market turns around.
Creating a database of these candidates
now will give these recruiters a strategic
edge when researching for candidates with
specialized skills.
ResumeGrabber creates a
centralized repository - Resulting in Resume
Sharing and higher Security.
ResumeGrabber can be configured
to store all resumes into a centralized
network drive automatically and to have
the resume attached to the contact in ACT!,
GoldMine, Outlook.
Management can now require
all recruiters to use ResumeGrabber to enter
resumes, since it does not take any more
effort for the recruiter to store the resume
on the network than it would if they saved
it on their hard disk.
The resulting centralized
resume bank can now be shared by all recruiters
and hiring managers within a company. It
can check for duplicates and eliminate them
regardless of which recruiter is entering
them.
Creating a centralized resume
bank allows the company to keep close tabs
on all resumes and makes it easy to back
up all resumes at once.
Companies find that
a centralized resume bank is more secure,
and the resumes are less likely to disappear
than they would if they were in the recruiter's
PC.
