Receives email responses from Web forms

eMail-Lead Grabber can download email from POP3/IMAP mail server and process them into your database. It can even scan for email in Microsoft Outlook or GoldMine Email Center mailbox for new email and process them. eMail-Lead Grabber can process any email format - Plain Text/HTML/XML.

Wizard maps web form and database fields

eMail-Lead Grabber stores the mappings between web form and database fields in a template, just like a Word mail merge template. eMail-Lead Grabber comes with a wizard that makes it easy for you to create templates. Other actions to be performed while creating/updating a contact record are also stored in the template. Example: duplicate check, schedule activity and more.

Formats data entered

eMail-Lead Grabber can format the information submitted at web form and standardize the data. You can change case, add prefix/suffix values, lookup and replace, set default values or constant values for any field.

Checks for duplicates

eMail-Lead Grabber can be set to check for duplicates before creating a new contact record in database. You can check for duplicates on primary contact information (Name, Company, Phone, Email, Zip and all five Key fields). On finding a duplicate you can set eMail-Lead Grabber to update the existing contact/ cancel the transfer/ warn.

Schedules follow-up activities

eMail-Lead Grabber can schedule follow-up activities for you with the contact created / updated. The activity can be a single or series of follow-up activities.

Attach Automated Processes

eMail-Lead Grabber can attach GoldMine Automated Processes(Tracks) to the contact record. Enabling you to completly automate the lead follow-up process.

Files email as history item

eMail-Lead Grabber can file the processed email as an email history item for the contact record. Save email as Notes for the contact record. It can even save the email content as a text file and link it to the contact record.

Extracts and links attachments

If you get attachments along with the information submitted at web form, eMail-Lead Grabber can extract the attachment and link it to the contact record.

Updates any field

eMail-Lead Grabber can enter values to Contact, User defined, Details and Additional Contact fields in GoldMine.

Sends customized auto-response

eMail-Lead Grabber can send customized auto-responses using the information submitted at web form to generate a mail merge email.

Processes email based on user defined rules

eMail-Lead Grabber comes with advanced filters, which help you to set rules to process email using template (which store mappings and actions). You can send a standard auto response, distribute email in round robin fashion to your team and more.

Captures information from documents

eMail-Lead Grabber can be used to enter information present in Web page, RTF, Word, Text documents into GoldMine. Using eMail-Lead Grabber Tool Bar you can capture information in one document or a set of Text/RTF documents in a click.

Removes invalid email

eMail-Lead Grabber can scan the bounced email received and identify the invalid email address. It can create an activity for contact record with the invalid email address for your follow-up or remove the invalid email address.
