Receives email resume forms

Web Response Grabber can download resume form email from POP3/IMAP mail server and process them into your database. It can even scan for new resume email in Microsoft Outlook or GoldMine Email Center mailbox and process them. Web Response Grabber can process any email format - Plain Text/HTML/XML.

Wizard maps resume form and database fields

Web Response Grabber stores the mappings between resume form and database fields in a template, just like a Word mail merge template. Web Response Grabber comes with a wizard that makes it easy for you to create templates. Other actions to be performed while creating/updating a contact record are also stored in the template. Example: duplicate check, schedule activity and more.

FormCandidate Tracking Database data entered

Web Response Grabber can format the information submitted at resume form and standardize the data. You can change case, add prefix/suffix values, lookup and replace, set default values or constant values for any field.

Extracts and links resume attachments

If you get resume as attachments along with the information submitted at resume form, Web Response Grabber will extract the attachment and link it to the contact record.

Sends customized auto-response

Web Response Grabber can send customized auto-responses using information submitted at resume form to generate a mail merge email.

Checks for duplicates

Web Response Grabber can be set to check for duplicates before creating a new contact record in database. In ACT! Outlook, GoldMine and Access you can check for duplicate on primary contact information (Name, Company, Phone, Email, Zip and more). On finding a duplicate you can set Web Response Grabber to update the existing contact/ cancel the transfer/ warn.

Updates Contact and User defined fields

Web Response Grabber can enter values to Contact & User defined fields in all supported applications. In GoldMine, you can even update Detail fields & additional contact record fields.

Schedules follow-up activities

Web Response Grabber can schedule follow-up activities for you with the candidate. The activity can be a single or series of follow-up activities. In GoldMine, Web Response Grabber can even attach GoldMine Automated Processes.

Files email as history item

Web Response Grabber can file the processed email as an email history item for the contact record. Save email as Notes for the contact record. It can even save the email content as a text file and link it to the contact record.

Processes email based on user defined rules

Web Response Grabber comes with advanced filters, which help you to set rules to process email using template (which store mappings and actions). You can send a standard auto response, distribute email in round robin fashion to your team and more.

Removes invalid email

Web Response Grabber can scan the bounced email received and identify the invalid email address. It can create an activity for the candidate with the invalid email address for your follow-up or remove the invalid email address.
