What ResumeGrabber does?

ResumeGrabber is a resume data-entry tool that extracts all relevant contact-details and job-skills from resumes and creates a CSV / TXT with its unique Data Export feature. The file then can be imported into your database (eg- MS Excel / Access and many more....).

Where ResumeGrabber can be used?

ResumeGrabber can be used to capture and enter resumes into the Database from - all web based Job-Portals, MS Outlook and other email applications, email attachments, MS Word documents, resumes posted on web-sites, resumes stored in PC hard disk and any text file.

Resumes don't have to be in any particular format. ResumeGrabber handles resumes in any style, format or pattern.

How ResumeGrabber works?

Recruiter just selects the candidate contact information in the resume and a click on the GO icon in the ResumeGrabber tool bar makes the product do the rest.

ResumeGrabber intelligently extracts The Name, Street, City, State, Zip, Phone, E-mail from the resume and Creates a new contact in your database. You can also attach the resume to the Contact.

Result:

1. ResumeGrabber extracts all the contact fields from the resume and displays them for confirmation.
2. Click on "Transfer to" button enters resume into CSV / TXT file which can be later imported into your database.
3. ResumeGrabber can be configured to store all resumes into a centralized network drive automatically and to have the resume attached to the contact in GoldMine.
4. ResumeGrabber creates a centralized repository - Resulting in Resume Sharing and higher Security.

ResumeGrabber can be configured to store all resumes into a centralized network drive automatically and to have the resume attached to the contact in ACT!, GoldMine, Outlook.

Management can now require all recruiters to use ResumeGrabber to enter resumes, since it does not take any more effort for the recruiter to store the resume on the network than it would if they saved it on their hard disk.

The resulting centralized resume bank can now be shared by all recruiters and hiring managers within a company. It can check for duplicates and eliminate them regardless of which recruiter is entering them.
