How ResumeGrabber works

ResumeGrabber shows up as a small floating toolbar and is always visible and handy to use.

To enter a resume, that a recruiter is viewing in Word, Internet Browser or Email, into your Contact Manager

1. Highlight candidate contact details on resume
2. Click 'Go' Icon on the ResumeGrabber toolbar
3. ResumeGrabber extracts all the contact fields and key skills from the resume and displays them for approval
4. Clicking on "Transfer to" button enters resume into your Contact Manager

Note - ResumeGrabber can be configured so that the approval step 3 can be eliminated.

ResumeGrabber creates a centralized repository - Resulting in Resume Sharing and higher Security

ResumeGrabber can be configured to store all resumes into a centralized network drive automatically and to have the resume attached to the contact in ACT!, GoldMine, Outlook.

Management can now require all recruiters to use ResumeGrabber to enter resumes, since it does not take any more effort for the recruiter to store the resume on the network than it would if they saved it on their hard disk.

The resulting centralized resume bank can now be shared by all recruiters and hiring managers within a company. It can check for duplicates and eliminate them regardless of which recruiter is entering them.

Creating a centralized resume bank allows the company to keep close tabs on all resumes and makes it easy to back up all resumes at once.

Companies find that a centralized resume bank is more secure, and the resumes are less likely to disappear than they would if they were in the recruiter's PC.
