Questions about the Trial version How do I install the ListGrabber Standard trial software and how long can I use it?
You can either install the software from the CD or download from the website by double-clicking the installation exe and then clicking on Setup to extract all the files required. The installation wizard will guide you through the entire process. We also provide you a 'free evaluation' package to test the product which is usable for three days. Free evaluation can be done by clicking Continue in the dialog box that appears. To use the trial version you have to obtain a Free Trial License key, for which a valid e-mail id is a pre-requisite. The trial version will expire after 10 days or after 50 transfers, whichever is earlier.

How do I start the software using the Free Trial License key? Enter the Free Trial License key in the space provided in the Product Registration Dialog box and click Register for the product to be initiated.
Can I reuse the Free Trial License Key on different systems? No, this cannot be done. You need to buy the software to use it again. When my free trial expires can I convert it to the full version? After the free trial expires the product can be purchased by obtaining a License Key online or via email at sales@egrabber.com Once you get this code, all you need to do is feed it into the space provided in the opening registration screen to convert it into a full version. Once my trial version expires, can I download it again and reuse ListGrabber Standard Trial version? Once a Trial version expires after 10 days you cannot download the trial version again and work with it. You can extend the trial version period by another 10 days by contacting support and getting the Restore code. The trial version is fully featured but has a limited period of usability of 10 days or 50 transfers whichever is earlier. How do I trouble-shoot the problems that may occur in my trial version? Questions on Purchase How do I buy the product? Any eGrabber software can be purchased through our website at http://store.egrabber.com/. Select the Buy option and follow the instructions. Once the purchase process is completed, you will receive the License key via e-mail. Registering with the License key will activate all the features of the software. If you prefer to place the order by phone, please call Customer Support Department at (408) 872-3103 between 8.00 AM and 5.00 PM PST, Monday to Friday or E-mail us at support@egrabber.com From where do I get the License key for the software? When you enter your details into the Free Trial Form, you will get the License key via e-mail or CD according to the option selected. What are the processes involved in the purchase? Once the purchase is over, the License Key will be sent to you vie email. You can enter the same in the eGrabber Registration form which will appear when you click ' Register ' in the eGrabber Registration dialog box. The License key cannot be however, used for multiple installations. What if I am unable to register the License key? The possibilities are that, the License key is either invalid or already used by another user. It could also be that the Internet connection has not been switched on to register the License Key/ Free Trial License key. But if the server is busy, please try again after some time. How do I unregister the product? To unregister the product, click Unregister in the eGrabber Registration Dialog box. How can I run the installation in different machines? For the purpose of running the software simultaneously in different machines you need to purchase licenses for each machine separately. You can however get multiple licenses online at http://www.egrabber.com/ or call eGrabber Customer Support at (408) 872-3103. But to run the software in different systems using the same License Key, unregister the product in System A, and then install and register in System B. How do I upgrade my system and still work with the same License Key? The primary step here is to unregister the product, upgrade your system and then register again using the same License Key. Can I reuse the License Key on different systems? It can be done provided the product is unregistered from System A, and only then installed in System B by clicking Register to register in System B using the same License Key. 
How do I get a new key, if my hard disk crashes or my system is corrupted and I am unable to Un-register? In such exceptional cases, you can contact eGrabber Customer Support and get a new License key. Then the earlier key will be revoked and using it in future will violate the terms of the license agreement. How long does the order take to reach me after placing the order online? If you choose mailing option over the download option, the ListGrabber Standard CD's will be shipped to you within 24 hours and on the same day if the order is placed before 1.00 pm PST. We have three shipping options: Regular mail, 3 day UPSs or Next Day Air UPS..
Do you ship the ListGrabber Standard CD's & User Guide, even though I downloaded the software from the Internet? We do not normally ship the CDs or User Guides, if the software is downloaded from Internet. However, this can be done if you let us know by checking the box or writing in the comment box.
