Check for duplicates at source to optimize your database
ListGrabber™ Standard checks for duplicate records in the grid after extraction. This helps to eliminate the presence of duplicate records and prevents transferring duplicate records to the contact manager. Further, it helps to optimize your database. The user can set the combinations of Name, Company, E-mail, Zip to check the presence of duplicates. Duplicate records in a list can be deleted from a menu option based on the criteria used.

Updates existing records in the contact manager
While transferring to the contact manager, ListGrabber™ Standard can detect duplicate records in the contact manager based on the matching criteria selected. Then to automate the process of detecting and updating existing record, the mode of transfer can be set to 'Update existing contact'. If you want to check before updating, you can select' Warn if contact exists' -- this will prompt you before updating. The other options are 'Add as new contact' and 'Cancel transfer' if contact exists.
