AutoNext – a resume extraction add-on tool for ResumeGrabber, navigates through search results that runs through multiple web pages in Job Boards. It follows the 'next' page links, and captures resumes found in every page. The entire process is completed with a single click.
It replaces the tedious and time-consuming task of manually navigating and copying data from every search page generated by a Job Board. It drastically reduces candidate selection time involved in the recruiting process.

Step 1: Locate the Job Board ( with a next button)

Does it require any software to be installed to use AutoNext?
Yes, it requires ResumeGrabber to be installed in your computer. All other system requirements remains the same as in ResumeGrabber.
What are the versions of ResumeGrabber, AutoNext works with?
AutoNext works with ResumeGrabber Pro 5.0.
I Installed AutoNext but It doesn't seem to work?
Make sure you have checked "Enable AutoNext" after installing / applying LiveUpdate. You can enable this by pointing your mouse to "Settings" menu in ResumeGrabber toolbar.
Why do I see a menu item "Enable AutoNext feature" disabled in ResumeGrabber toolbar?
These menu items get disabled if you have either no license or your license has expiredHow do I get a License for AutoNext or how do I enable AutoNext feature?
To get a license or to enable AutoNext feature you can contact eGrabber Support Center or call us Toll Free @ 1-866-299-7314. Once you give us a call it can almost be activated instantly.I got a License / renewed my license for AutoNext, but still doesn't work. All the options are disabled.
If you have activated / purchased / renewed your License for AutoNext, you will need to close ResumeGrabber and launch it again. Check now if the options are enabled.If the problem still persists contact eGrabber Support Center or call 1-(408) 872-3103
Can I continue to use ResumeGrabber without AutoNext?
Yes, all you need to do is uncheck "Enable AutoNext" in Settings menu in ResumeGrabber Pro toolbar.

The ResumeGrabber icon (Big) seen on the Internet Explorer appears on installing ResumeGrabber.
"Capture Resumes" button on the Internet Explorer toolbar appears on installing AutoNext.
If AutoNext is enabled both the buttons can be used to capture resumes from multiple pages in the Job Boards in AutoNext mode.

In the Internet Explorer browser go to View>Toolbars> and check "ResumeGrabber AutoNext".
What are the Browsers supported by AutoNext?
Currently only Internet Explorer is supported as Browser.
How do I know If AutoNext will work for a website?
You have an option called 'Test AutoNext' under 'Capture Resumes' tool bar, this option helps you to test the AutoNext feature by navigating to about 5 pages without grabbing the data. Once you are satisfied, you can choose 'Enable AutoNext' option to actually grab the data to destination application or to Grid.
- It works only with Internet Explorer.
- It supports only JobBoards and does not support documents, pdf's, text files, flash files, images etc.
- Works only in combination with ResumeGrabber Pro. It requires you to have ResumeGrabber Pro installed on your computer.
- Alphabetical series like A B C D is not supported.
- Other special navigation cases like combo box drop down etc. is not supported
Can I change the settings in AutoNext?
Yes, you can change the settings. You can change by pointing your mouse to AutoNext options.
How can I get AutoNext added to my ResumeGrabber?
Download the link and double-click on the AutoNext~ exe file. This will launch AutoNext and automatically add a 'Capture Resume' toolbar to your IE and 'Enable AutoNext feature' menu item in ResumeGrabber Pro toolbar. Can I set a limitation of how many pages to navigate in a single stroke?
Yes, you can do it in AutoNext Options.
Can I give my own keywords to navigate?
Yes, you can customize by giving your own keywords and AutoNext would automatically navigate. This is available as a tab called "Customize Navigation" in AutoNext Options.
How do I keep track of how many more navigations are remaining for my License / how many that I have used?
You can use "Check Meter" option available in Capture Contacts button in the Internet Explorer toolbar.
It pops up some kind of expiry notice everytime I use AutoNext. What is this? Is there a way to shut it off?
If you have <= 5 navigations remaining, it will pop up a warning message. If the check meter reading is 0, it pops up an expiry notice which means you have exhausted all your navigations and your AutoNext license has expired.
You have an option to shut it off though using “Do not show this …”.
It says my License has expired. How do I renew it?
