  Search related questions

How can I use ResumeGrabber™ Standard to find the job fit of the candidate?

Resume Grabber lets you define a job by a set of keywords. The recruiter has to find an ideal set of keywords that best describes the resume of the profile that he/ she is trying to match. This can be set up in Options | Search setup | Keywords. While transferring the resume is scanned for the presence and frequency of these keywords. If it matches the criteria as set by the user the resume is marked as matching the particular job and it is transferred to the mapped field in the destination database. The words are highlighted in the Resume Viewer that comes up during the transfer.

Can I also use the keyword search to find the colleges attended and work history?

The key word search is text search for the words that the recruiter has mentioned in the appropriate box. A lot depends on the creativity of the recruiter in making the appropriate settings. The feature augments the recruiter by highlighting words in the resume that might be important.
