What is AutoNext?
AutoNext - a resume extraction add-on tool for ResumeGrabber, navigates through search results that runs through multiple web pages in Job Boards. It follows the 'next' page links, and captures resumes found in every page. The entire process is completed with a single click.
It replaces the tedious and time-consuming task of manually navigating and copying data from every search page generated by a Job Board. It drastically reduces candidate selection time involved in the recruiting process.
How does it work?
After you success fully installed and setup AutoNext, you can capture resumes through multiple pages in job boards in a single click.
It is so simple to use...
Step1: Locate the Job Board ( with a next button)
Step2: Enable Auto Next in the Auto next option in the menu bar of ResumeGrabber Suite and start proceeding with the usual process.
Does it require any software to be installed to use AutoNext?
Yes, it requires ResumeGrabber Suite to be installed in your computer. All other system requirements remains the same as in ResumeGrabber Suite.
What are the versions of ResumeGrabber Suite AutoNext works with?
AutoNext works with ResumeGrabber Suite version 1.0.
I Installed AutoNext but It doesn't seem to work?
Make sure you have checked "Enable AutoNext" after installing / applying LiveUpdate. You can enable this by pointing your mouse to "Enable Autonext" in the Autonext. Option drop down in the menu bar of ResumeGrabber Suite.
How do I get a License for AutoNext or how do I enable AutoNext feature?

I got a License / renewed my license for AutoNext, but still doesn't work. All the options are disabled.
If you have activated / purchased / renewed your License for AutoNext, you will need to close ResumeGrabber Suite and launch it again. Check now if the options are enabled.

Can I continue to use ResumeGrabber Suite without AutoNext?
Yes, all you need to do is uncheck "Enable AutoNext" in the Autonext. Option drop down in the menu bar of ResumeGrabber Suite.
I see a toolbar with a button named "Capture Resumes" in Internet Explorer and I also see an Icon of ResumeGrabber in Internet Explorer. What is the difference?
The ResumeGrabber icon (Big) seen on the Internet Explorer appears on installing ResumeGrabber.
"Capture Resumes" button on the Internet Explorer toolbar appears on installing AutoNext. If AutoNext is enabled both the buttons can be used to capture resumes from multiple pages in the Job Boards in AutoNext mode.
How do I know If AutoNext will work for a website?
You have an option called 'Test AutoNext' under Auto next options dropdown in the menu bar of ResumeGrabber Suite, this option helps you to test the AutoNext feature by navigating to about 5 pages without grabbing the data. Once you are satisfied, you can choose 'Enable AutoNext' option to actually grab the data to destination application or to Grid.
Limitations of AutoNext?
- It supports only JobBoards and does not support documents, pdf's, text files, flash files, images etc.
- Works only in combination with ResumeGrabber Pro. It requires you to have ResumeGrabber Pro installed on your computer.
- Alphabetical series like A B C D is not supported.
- Other special navigation cases like combo box drop down etc. is not supported
Can I change the settings in AutoNext?
Yes, you can change the settings. You can change by pointing your mouse to AutoNext options.
How can I get AutoNext added to my ResumeGrabber?
Download the link and double-click on the AutoNext~ exe file.*(Make sure your resumeGrabber Suite application is closed). This will launch ResumeGrabber Suite product and the AutoNext automatically gets installed as an option in the Menu bar of ResumeGrabber suite .For further clarifications call us Toll Free @ 1-866-299-7314. Can I set a limitation of how many pages to navigate in a single stroke?
Yes, you can do it in AutoNext Options.
Can I give my own keywords to navigate?
Yes, you can customize by giving your own keywords and AutoNext would automatically navigate. This is available as a tab called "Customize Navigation" in AutoNext Options.
How do I keep track of how many more navigations are remaining for my License / how many that I have used?
You can use "Check Meter" option available in the Autonext. Option drop down in the menu bar of ResumeGrabber Suite.
What is "Test AutoNext"? If I use Test AutoNext will my navigation count decrease?
Use Test AutoNext to check if ResumeGrabber Suite automatically detects the next page and navigates to it. Using Test AutoNext does not reduce your available navigations.
This feature is useful on sites with uncommon navigation styles. If you are trying ResumeGrabber Suite with AutoNext on a new site, you can use Test AutoNext before clicking Grab to ensure ResumeGrabber Suite guesses the next link properly and you do not lose any navigation counts.
What is an "AutoNext Navigation"?
Navigation refers to act or process of automatically moving to the next page of search results. Each move to the next page is counted as 1 navigation. So if ResumeGrabber Suite automatically moves from the 1st to the 10th page, it uses 9 navigations.
It pops up some kind of expiry notice everytime I use AutoNext. What is this? Is there a way to shut it off?
If you have <= 5 navigations remaining, it will pop up a warning message. If the check meter reading is 0, it pops up an expiry notice which means you have exhausted all your navigations and your AutoNext license has expired.
You have an option to shut it off though using “Do not show this …”.
It says my License has expired. How do I renew it?
