What is Web Response Grabber-SLX?
Web Response Grabber SLX helps you process email with lead
information and create/update Account/Contact in SalesLogix.
It is the quickest way to setup and automate capturing and
processing web form responses and email survey responses that
are emailed to the company in SalesLogix. Web Response Grabber
SLX is used to transfer email web forms into SalesLogix.
What is a web form email?
When Customer submits a web form at your website, the form
is received as an email. This email with form details (form
tags & form data) is known as a web-form-email.
How easy it is to use Web Response Grabber
SLX for transferring web form email into SalesLogix?
With Web Response Grabber you do not need to have a dedicated
server, the software is installed on desktop. Also you need

What is a Template?
A template is specialized mailbox, which stores a map between
the form tags and the SalesLogix database fields. So when
email is downloaded, the values in the email are extracted
according to the map and entered into the fields/tables in
SalesLogix. The Template also stores different action setting
which need to be performed while updating the database
Is creating a template difficult?
Creating a Template is as easy as creating a MS Word Mail
Merge document. All you need to do is to select a sample email
and from right click options, select Create Template Advanced
mode. Advanced TemplateMaker is launched to create a template.
In the TemplateMaker, map the form field data and start using
it.
