Alphagraphics - Corporate Headquarter office, uses ACT! software to manage and build their franchise network. Alphagraphics receives almost all their new leads interested in learning more about owning a franchise via the Internet; they have several sites where businesses submit request form. The implementation process was very easy and installation was complete in few minutes. Sonya walked Melissa - Alphagraphics employee, through creating a custom template. Because Alphagraphics received different request forms from different web sites, they had to create more than one custom template. eMail-Lead Grabber was easy to learn and Melissa created rest of the custom templates herself and then begin using them. Sonya helped them get started and explained how to setup the software and begin transferring contact information into ACT!.
