 Problems faced

Bradford Executive Research uses GoldMine FrontOffice to maintain database of potential clients, executives and to identify the right candidates for job openings. Bradford Executive Research has developed its web site (www.bradfordresearch.com) to act as a major source of potential clients and executives. The web site invites potential clients and executives seeking new jobs to fill out forms in order to submit the information to Bradford Executive Research. As resume submissions increased, they simply did not have enough time in a day to process the forms to bring the information into their GoldMine FrontOffice database. Getting the information processed into database was becoming difficult. Bradford Executive Research started saving the information in a folder, where the forms would languish. Their problems increased as resume submissions skyrocketed with the recession.

Bradford Executive Research was looking for an affordable solution that would help them process the information from the web forms into their GoldMine FrontOffice database.
