ResumeFinder helps Express Employment Professionals, a leading staffing firm in Tualatin, Oregon, to quickly generate prospective passive candidate leads for search assignments in their speciality niches.


Express Employment Professionals (EEP), formally known as Express Professional Staffing, was founded in 1983 by veterans in the staffing business - Robert Funk, William Stoller and James Gray. EEP is known in the staffing industry for development and implementation of customized staffing solutions. EEP' specialty niches include Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Human Resources, Information Technology, Sales/Marketing and other Professional Positions.

EEP also offers clients a unique service through its affiliations with Xenium Resources, a human resources outsourcing company, and Express Employment Professionals' temporary staffing division.


 Problems faced

EEP works with a variety of industries and companies to recruit Professional and Executive candidates. Their search assignments, by nature, often demand specific and measurable industry and/or position experience. They are client driven so the consultants do not actively look to find candidates for jobs but in turn look to recruit the right candidates to fill their client's needs. This approach led sourcers at EEP to look at methods and tools to help them get more passive prospects into their talent pipeline.


 Solution

EEP heard about eGrabber ResumeFinder at the Fordyce Forum 2008 Convention in Las Vegas. Ms Courtney Christensen, a Research Coordinator at the company, evaluated the free-trial version of the software for a couple of weeks and found it exciting. They purchased the software in July 2008 and since then ResumeFinder has been an indispensable aid in their passive candidate sourcing process.
