 Problems faced

The company gets sales leads from registrations forms in the form of email. Each week, the company gets around 50 email (leads) from two of its web sites namely www.easycando.com and www.solstra.com. Chris Robinson, Manager (eMarketing) didn't find an easy way to enter these sales leads into the GoldMine® database.

The Sales Administrator 'copy pasted' the leads that came as email in Outlook®, one after another, into GoldMine®. This slowed down the process of distributing leads to the sales team. The sales team could start following up the leads only one week after receiving the email. Chris wanted an efficient, cost effective and easy-to-use system to get leads to the sales team!!!

Registrations are quickly converted into contact cards. This speeds up the whole process of scheduling and following up.
