Jason Wilber is a professional musician, and recording artist. You may not have heard his songs like "King For A Day", or "The Ballad of Amazing Grace and Sideshow Dan", unless you listen to your local community, college, or public radio stations. Although he's not a household name Jason does make his living playing music, and even in the music business, time is money.
I think it cut my data entry time in half, at least, and it continues to save me time every day as I acquire and enter new contacts.
Jason Wilber
Musician and Recording Artist
As an independent musician, one of Jason's most important business assets is his list of friends and contacts. When it comes time to tell folks about a show, a new CD, or an exciting event in his career, that up to date list of his friends, fans, and music business contacts is worth its weight in Gold!
To promote his latest CD, King For A Day, he needed to get in touch not only with his list of fans and friends, but also with hundreds of Radio and Press contacts that he had gathered over the last few years. But the problem was that all the contact information that he had gathered was in different documents and formats, and the thought of manually getting them into his ACT! seemed extremely daunting.
"It gets overwhelming pretty fast when your start manually entering contact information for more than a few people at a time", says Jason. "Not to mention several hundred!"
"Then it occurred to me.", says Jason. "Lots of other people must be faced with this same problem, and surely some smart person has come up with a tool to make it easier."
It was only a matter of time before Jason discovered what he quickly dubbed "The Musician's Secret Weapon", the AddressGrabber. "It has saved me countless hours of typing in the last few weeks!" he said. "I think it cut my data entry time in half, at least, and it continues to save me time every day as I acquire and enter new contacts."
Thus for Jason, address entry just became faster, easier and simpler. And that means he has more time to do what he loves, make great music!
