 Problems faced

King Technology uses Goldmine to maintain and share leads and customer requests among its sales and customer service teams. Mary McCarty, the Systems Support Specialist, receives about 50-75 emails every week during pool season from dealers, distributors and customers. Each of these emails was manually entered into Goldmine.
