LexJet uses ACT! to mange it customer contacts . But the big problem was to input new contacts found in sources like web sites, conference lists etc to ACT! It was very time consuming and took away from sales time, to enter all those lists manually. The company wanted a solution to quickly input leads into ACT.
Searching on the web Chris Cudzilo in the sales and marketing Department for LexJet came across ListGrabber. He downloaded a trial version of the product and found it very easy to use. The simplicity, with which ListGrabber could transfer leads from yellow pages, trade shows lists and other online and off line sources was amazing. LexJet didn't have to look any further.
To transfer a list of addresses one need to copy and paste in the left pane of ListGrabber UI and click P. ListGrabber recognizes the address field by field and populates into an interim Grid where the user can verify and edit the addresses if needed. By clicking on the transfer icon sales people have set of hot leads to be acted upon in their contact manager.
