The company gets sales leads from
registrations forms in the form of
email. Each week, the company gets
around 50 email (leads) from two of
its web sites namely www.easycando.com
and www.solstra.com.
Chris Robinson, Manager (eMarketing)
didn't find an easy way to enter these
sales leads into the GoldMine®
database.
The
Sales Administrator 'copy pasted'
the leads that came as email in Outlook®,
one after another, into GoldMine®.
This slowed down the process of distributing
leads to the sales team. The sales
team could start following up the
leads only one week after receiving
the email. Chris wanted an efficient,

When
prospects submit registration forms
on Futuremedia web site, the Sales
Administrator receives it as an email
through Outlook®. All she does
is, highlight all the email and clicks
'GO' on the eMail-Lead Grabber toolbar.
Sales leads are extracted from the
email automatically and are transferred
to GoldMine®. Registrations are
quickly converted into contact cards.
This speeds up the whole process of
scheduling and following up.
FutureMedia
Plc is now able to get leads
to the sales team up to a week faster
than before and saves a few hours
a week processing leads. In a competitive
environment where time is money, Futuremedia
