Geodesic offers their software for download from their web site. The information from download request form is entered manually into GoldMine. Since the web site had become a major source of leads, consistent entry and validation of download requests into GoldMine became a critical business need. Every day a Geodesic sales team member does this job manually. The sales team had to wait till the leads were entered into the database. Sometimes potential leads were lost when a shuffle in data entry personnel occurred.
