• If you already have a driver for Monster, why do you have to develop another?

Most of the Job Boards keep changing their format, our drivers will have to be changed in accordance to ensure they continue to work.

• Can it create an activity when a new record is added? Can it create an activity when you replace an updated resume?

As of now, we do not support user defined Activity.

However, we add automated Activity right from the insertion of a new record.

eg: Name Imported by eGrabber. (Wed Nov-15 '06 1:56a/ADMIN)
Resume was updated (Tue Nov-21 '06 8:28p/ADMIN) etc...

• Is the software updated on a regular basis? And is it automatic and free?

Any update within the 90 days of your purchase is free; after that if eGrabber adds new features you will have to upgrade if you opt for it

• Is there a technical support phone contact (or) training?

eGrabber products does not require training. You can download them & start using right away. We do provide phone & email support. Phone: 408 872 3103.

• Can it grab a resume that is in a PDF format?

Yes, but we need the PDF to be open.

• What is the price for this product?

ResumeGrabber Pro $549.95 &
ListGrabber Pro $499.95.

• Is there technical support for this software? Are updates going to be necessary?

No technical support is required. Any new feature update will be free for the first 90 days from the date of your purchase; after that you can purchase the next version if you feel the new feature would benefit you.

• If I have an account with Monster and I download from Monster myself - in order to transfer info into PC - do you need to have the Monster package additionally?

If you have the resumes from Monster into your system as a file then you will not need the package, but if you want to save more time by eliminating the need to manually click each resume link in the jobboard to open each resume then you will need the module.

• Can you e-mail from ListGrabber?

ListGrabber does not offer that functionality. But you could interface it with a email client, like MS Outlook, and achieve that.

• Are licenses for individual computer or to the company?

Each license is tied to the computer it is registered to. Hence, you can only use one license on any machine at any one time.

• We have an older version of eGrabber. Are upgrades available for free?

This is a totally new product with more new features you are requested to upgrade.

• Is it possible to import into a self hosted PCR version (windows)?

Yes, it is possible.

• Is there a fee for an upgrade or is it a simple free download?

There is a fee for the upgrade as this is a completely new product. But, we provide free upgrade for 90 days after the purchase.

• Is there a help manual/button included that will help if we get stuck on how to do something?

Yes, help manual is included with the product. We also provide phone & email support.

• Are the job board fees also one time only? Is it possible to grabb a resume from email(Outlook) and transfer the email text into a notes field?

Job board fees are until the time the Job Board does not change its format. If they change their format then we will have to redo the driver for you. Instead you can opt for an upgrade protection plan which will entitle you to get updated drivers for a period of 1 year.

• Is the cost on a per license basis?

Yes, the cost is per license.

• Either application will not look at data behind links without special programming. Is that correct? Does the resume have to be in a certain format to ensure the accuracy of the information imported?

Yes. ListGrabber Pro can capture any data that is visible & that does not require going behind links. We can also deliver custom solutions for capturing data behind links. ResumeGrabber Pro supports most common formats & we have above 90% accuracy in capturing information. This accuracy is improved constantly.

• How much does it cost for a Career Builder driver? Does it work with Recruit Ladders?

A Career Builder driver will cost $350. Existing drivers do not work with Recruit Ladder but we can customize a driver to work with it.

• Can you enter data into SalesForce?

Yes this can be done with some customization

• Do you offer ListGrabber Pro Updates and for how much?

You get updates free for the first 90 days from the date of your purchase. If at a later point in time we include new features in the product, and if you find the new feature useful to you, you will need to upgrade.

• With regard to Monster, do all resumes count as "Viewed" when parsing?

Yes all resumes that are brought into the Grid are considered as Viewed
