ResumeGrabber can support a resume in PDF, if the file is opened & used the “Selected Text” option in ResumeGrabber Toolbar.

• Do you offer any training for initial use?

ResumeGrabber is no brainier & needs no training. Product comes with User manual & flash demo that explains the product. If the user insists on training we can schedule a session at a nominal fee.

• We can export the results to a variety of locations including excel. Does resume grabber work with salesforce?

we do not interface directly with salesforce. you can transfer the resumes via the data export and subsequently import into salesforce

• What is the size of the ResumeGrabber Pro with the add on Job Board piece and what is the cost?

Size of the build with a Job Board add on is Less than 50 MB.
Basic product cost is $549.95 & each Job Board around $349.95.

• What prevents others from grabbing my resumes or my candidates?

This software runs on your desktop and can be used offline. no one else but yourself has access to it

• You say we can mass email directly from RG Pro...is it sending the emails through RG or my outlook?

It is sending thru your outlook, so you are able to keep track there as well Are there fees for updates?
Updates are free for the first 90 days & any new feature or a version change then the user will have to upgrade to the next version at a nominal cost.

• Do you export to MicroJ?

We do not transfer into microJ directly. We can export to excel or csv format which can be easily imported

• Are there maintenance requirements in eGrabber, like clearing the grid when you "grab" resumes? Are there space constraints?

There are no limitations within the grid. We do recommend our customers to organize their searches by saving individual searches and starting afresh for new searches

• What security protects this database?

ResumeGrabber does not include security, it is a desktop tool that is installed in your system & can be used if your system is open.

• Do you have connectivity with Lotus Notes? Also, do you connect with SourcePoint from AIRS?

Currently ResumeGrabber does not have connectivity with Lotus Notes & SourcePoint.

• Can we grab resumes from the whole open search on the job boards or just the page open infront?

A JobBoard driver with ResumeGrabber can grab resumes from the page is open in front, we can provide an Auto Next Driver than can traverse through the subsequent pages & get the resumes. This tool attracts additional cost depending on the number of page traverse required by the user.

• Is there an additional cost if you were to use this software as an ATS as well?

ResumeGrabber is not an ATS by itself but the user can save the search results & view them at future points.

• When you transferred to ACT the person was already identified as a member of a group, how did you do that?

ResumeGrabber sinks with ACT! SDK & will check for the contact presence in ACT! Before creating a new contact & also identifies the group the contact is currently placed under.

• Can I add user defined fields I have created in act?

Yes this is possible – Goto Destination Setup from the “Options” button on the toolbar & you will see all the user fields from ACT!. Here you can enter default values that will be transferred.

• Can I enter information into the grid?

Yes you can enter information in the GRID.

• How do I map custom ACT fields in the grid?

Traverse to the right extreme in the GRID where you will see columns with the heading “Click here to Map” – right click here & Map the fields
