The contract is only for a Job Board driver. This is an agreement that the driver is made on your request & for you to use.
- How long would it take to scan 50,000 resumes from folders?
We don't recommend scanning 50,000 at a go. Typically keep it to about 5,000 at a time. If you're talking about transferring into the resumegrabber grid for screening, each resume takes about 2-3 seconds. However, if you transfer into a database, that takes a few more seconds per resume.
- Is there a practical limit to the number of resumes in the grid?
We typically advise users not to scan more than 5,000 resumes at a go.
- Does it grab the ten most relevant pages to your search?
It picks resumes from the first 10 pages, while working with google it pops up a box where you can specify the page numbers to pick resumes from.
- Doesn't google find the most accessed sites and relevant sites first? So wouldn't you be locating people's resumes that have been viewed the most?
Yes, google gives the most viewed pages on top, ideally ResumeGrabber will pull resumes from those pages. Google lists pages 1 to 10 and you have the choice to pick the pages or all of them in one shot.
- My point is that if 500 recruiters already saw these 10 resumes, couldn't it be too late to contact that person? How do you mitigate the risk that the person has already been placed and you're not wasting your time calling them?
Currently ResumeGrabber does not have the functionality to mitigate this risk.
- Is there a limit to the number of keywords?
Yes, we set it to 1000.
