  • Can you set up a freetrial run and also what is the cost?
Yes, we can contact you after the session to offer a free trial account. The cost of ResumeGrabber Pro is $550.
  • Can you insert a signature file into an email template?
Yes. Simply enter your signature, and save the template. Subsequently, the e-mail signature will appear when you send mail.
  • Is this a Web based product?
No it is a software that has to be installed on your system.
  • Can the resumes be pulled into outlook instead of ACT!?
Yes. The resumes can be pulled into multiple destination applications, including Outlook. This will be demonstrated later.
  • Is ResumeGrabber able to upload resumes to Sharepoint?
We don't support Sharepoint directly, but using ResumeGrabber, you can transfer into an excel file or .csv format, which then can be imported into most databases.
  • Can you convert the resumes to a pdf file?
Unfortunately we don't offer that functionality at the moment. Resumes can be saved either in the original format, or converted to .RTF(which can be opened using MS Word).
  • Is the price any different for buying new vs. upgrading from an older version?
The upgrade price is lower if you have a older version of ResumeGrabber. Upgrade price is $479.95.
  • Will these slides be available for us after the webinar?
Yes we would be able to send it to you after the session.
  • Will you also discuss the cost associated with this system?
Yes, there will be mention later on. The product as a stand alone is $550, a one-time fee.
  • Is there a way I can see a demo at a later date for my department head?
Sure. We will be recording this session and will put up the webinar on our website very soon. Will contact you once that is up.
  • Is the subject line configureable within the e-mail?
Yes it is.
  • This tool is great for IT professionals. How effective is it for nurses? Most RNs are not as technically skilled as IT professionals.
It is really easy to use once it has been set up initially. With familiarization of the product, a recruiter can do a variety of functions just using resumegrabber.
  • How many sales people actually have their resume on google?
I believe there is quite a large number. In fact, certain recruiters specialize in optimizing their search in Google to find the best candidate. This is especially the case for passive candidates.
