But before transferring the contact information to Excel 365, you need to login to your Office 365 or Microsoft account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1-login\"><\/span>1. You need to have an Office 365 or Microsoft account to login.\n<br>2. You need to have a valid eGrabber Management-Finder Purchase key to  work with Office 365.\n<br>3. Your Microsoft\/Office 365 account should have  permission to access OneDrive.\n<br>4. Once you have logged in, you don&#8217;t need to  login for the next 90 days whenever you use Excel 365. You will have to login  after 90 days.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-grant-app-access\"><\/span>2. Grant App Access <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have logged in, Microsoft pops up a window prompting the user to \ngrant permission for the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Maintain access to data you have given eGrabber Office365  Gateway access to &#8211; Enables eGrabber Office365 Gateway to see and update  the data you gave access to, even if you are not currently using the app. This  does not give any other additional permissions to eGrabber Office365  Gateway. <\/li><li> Read you profile &#8211; Enables eGrabber Office365 Gateway  to read your profile. <\/li><li> Have full access to all files you have access to &#8211;  Enables eGrabber Office365 Gateway to read, create, update and delete all files  that are accessible.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"440\" height=\"781\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/appaccess.gif?resize=440%2C781&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10574\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Click <strong>Yes<\/strong> to grant permission to eGrabber  Office365 Gateway. <\/li><li> Click <strong>No<\/strong> to cancel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"border-right: 5px solid #455A64;\"><p style=\"font-style: normal; text-align: left;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: center;\">Note:<\/strong> eGrabber Office365 Gateway requests for permission  only once. Once you have granted the permission, it will not ask again.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have granted the permission, you can set up Excel 365 as your destination application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Transfer Options<\/strong> on the <strong>eGrabber Management-Finder &#8211; Destination Setup<\/strong> screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-select-excel-365-file\"><\/span>3. Select Excel 365 File<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Select File<\/strong> screen is displayed. It enables you to select your existing Excel 365 file or create a new Excel 365 file to transfer records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"490\" height=\"399\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/selectedfile.gif?resize=490%2C399&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10577\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Account Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Displays your Office 365 account information &#8211; Name, Email and the link for \neGrabber Office 365 Integration web page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Excel Workbook name and location for transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transfer to an existing Excel Workbook:<\/strong> This option is selected by default. eGrabber Management-Finder transfers the records to your existing Excel 365 Workbook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Select the Existing Excel Workbook: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the ellipsis button next to this option to open an existing Excel 365 Workbook.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"490\" height=\"248\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/selectfileellipsis.gif?resize=490%2C248&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10578\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Browse and locate your Excel file in the <strong>Open<\/strong> dialog box.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select the file and click <strong>Open<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Next<\/strong> to select the Excel 365 fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create a New Excel Workbook: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>eGrabber Management-Finder also enables you to create a new Excel 365 Workbook and transfer contact information into this Workbook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the option &#8220;<strong>Create a new Excel Workbook<\/strong>&#8221; and click the ellipsis button next to this option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"490\" height=\"404\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/createfile.gif?resize=490%2C404&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10581\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Choose Excel File<\/strong> screen is displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter the name of your Excel file under <strong>File name<\/strong> and click <strong>Create<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"463\" height=\"346\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/chooseexcel.gif?resize=463%2C346&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10583\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A new Excel file is created with the specified name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Next<\/strong> to select Excel fields. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4-select-excel-365-fields\"><\/span>4. Select Excel 365 Fields<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you select an existing Excel file and click <strong>Next<\/strong>, the <strong>Select Fields<\/strong> dialog box appears where you can select the sheet and column headings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"490\" height=\"399\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/selectedfields.gif?resize=490%2C399&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10579\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The left pane displays all the sheets in the file and the right pane displays the column headings present in the selected sheet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the left pane, select the sheet(s) to which you want to transfer your records. The first sheet is selected by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The column headings present in the first row of the sheet are displayed by default in the right pane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the fields to which you want to transfer data from the lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Check All:<\/strong> Click here to select all the column headings.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Clear All:<\/strong> Click here to remove the selection of all the column headings.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click <strong>Next<\/strong> to <strong>Map Fields<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Select fields in the new Excel File<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you select the option <strong>Create a new Excel Workbook<\/strong> and click <strong>Next<\/strong>, you can create column headings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first sheet is selected by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under <strong>Select Column(s)<\/strong>, the column headings are displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Check All:<\/strong> Click to select all the column headings.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Clear All:<\/strong> Click to remove the selection of all the column headings.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click <strong>Add\/Edit Fields<\/strong> to create column headings for the selected sheet.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enter your field names in the <strong>Edit Fields<\/strong> dialog box. You can also edit the fields.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"281\" height=\"284\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Fields.gif?resize=281%2C284&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10585\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The field names are displayed under <strong>Fields<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, all the column headings are selected. You can select \/ clear the fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Next<\/strong> to Map Fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5-map-excel-365-fields\"><\/span>5. Map Excel 365 Fields<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After selecting the excel fields, you can map the fields of your Excel 365 Sheet to the internal fields used by eGrabber Management-Finder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\" style=\"border-right: 5px solid #455A64;\"><p style=\"font-style: normal; text-align: left;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: center;\">Tip:<\/strong> If you have provided the field names in the Excel 365 file as the internal fields used by eGrabber Management-Finder, then the contact field names are automatically mapped with the Excel column headers.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"490\" height=\"399\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/mapfields1.gif?resize=490%2C399&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10587\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Example<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Excel Column Headers:<\/strong> Select the column heading that you want to map to the contact field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Example: Map &#8220;Sheet1.Title&#8221; field to &#8220;Title&#8221;.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click <strong>AutoMap<\/strong> to automatically map the fields.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click <strong>Clear-Map<\/strong> to clear all the mappings.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bring Excel to forefront after transfer:<\/strong> Select this option to display the Excel 365 file with the inserted contact information after transfer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click <strong>Finish<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6-transfer-to-excel-365-online\"><\/span>6.
