How to display coworker email and company email columns in the grid?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you append emails for your prospects, the coworker emails and company emails are automatically appended. To view the coworker emails and company emails in the grid, you need to ensure that you have enabled the <strong>Display Coworker Email and Company Email Columns<\/strong> option. By default, this option is enabled. How to enable exporting coworker email and company email columns?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, you are able to view the found coworker emails and company emails in the grid. View Email Append Summary<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can view the summary of the Append Email process at the bottom of the grid. The summary is for the current project and is based on the Append Email details that are available in the grid.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, we have appended emails for 10 records. How to transfer Coworker Email(s) and Company Email(s) to the project folders?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can transfer the coworker emails and company emails to your current project folder or to a new project or to a different project folder that already exists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To transfer coworker &amp; company emails,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the records in the grid and click <strong>Tools > Coworker Email(s) >Transfer Coworker Email(s) and Company Email(s)<\/strong> on the menu bar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/transfercoworkers.gif?resize=651%2C228&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10808\" width=\"651\" height=\"228\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also access this option by right-clicking on the grid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"border-right: 5px solid #455A64;\">\n<p strong style=\"font-style: \"font-size: 18px; text-align: center;\">Note: The Transfer Coworker Email(s) and Company Email(s) option is enabled only when the Enable Exporting Coworker Email and Company Email Columns option is selected.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Transfer Coworker and Company Emails<\/strong> dialog box is displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/transferoptions.gif?resize=331%2C509&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10809\" width=\"331\" height=\"509\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose to transfer either Coworker Emails or Company Emails or both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Transfer Option<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, both these options are selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Coworker Emails<\/strong> &#8211; Select this option to transfer Coworker Emails to the desired project.<\/li><li><strong>Company Emails<\/strong> &#8211; Select this option to transfer Company Emails to the desired project.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to transfer coworker &amp; company emails to the current project?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can transfer coworker emails and company emails to your current project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Transfer Coworker and Company Emails<\/strong> dialog box, select <strong>Add to current project<\/strong> option and click <strong>Transfer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/transfercurrentproject.gif?resize=331%2C509&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10810\" width=\"331\" height=\"509\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The selected Coworker\/Company emails are transferred to your current project folder. The emails are added after the last record in the current project folder. company emails to a new project?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also transfer the Coworker\/Company emails to a new project folder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Transfer Coworker and Company Emails<\/strong> dialog box, select <strong>Transfer to New Project<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/transfertonewproject.gif?resize=331%2C509&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10812\" width=\"331\" height=\"509\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, a new project folder name is added based on your current project folder name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also specify a name for the new project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Transfer<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following dialog box pops up confirming the successful transfer of coworker emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/newprojectmessage.gif?resize=359%2C188&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10813\" width=\"359\" height=\"188\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>It displays the transferred project name and the current project name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Project name to which the coworker emails are transferred is displayed in blue color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose to open or not open the new project folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company details along with the coworker emails of the selected records are transferred to the new project folder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you try to transfer coworker and company emails to the same project folder again, you get the following message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/projectalreadyexists.gif?resize=332%2C172&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10814\" width=\"332\" height=\"172\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Yes<\/strong> to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The emails are added to the existing data in the folder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>No<\/strong> to cancel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to transfer coworkers &amp;
