Add your different target markets into Touch-Lists<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Customers, prospects, first-degree connections, alumni&#8230; These are just some of the groups of people we have to constantly keep in touch with.<\/p>\n<p>The challenge is, how do you keep in touch with all of them at the same time?<\/p>\n<p>Using TouchPoint, we will import each group of people into a different touch-list. Adjust the quotas so you can cover all the touch-lists in the 600 limit.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s say I have 900 first degree connections, and I have set a quota of 50 a day. On day 1, the TouchPoint will work through the first 50 and then stop. On day 2, it will work on the next 50,.. and so on.. until the 900 is done. If you do the math, this whole list will take 18 days to complete.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you click the Settings button at the top right-hand corner, you get a few more control options. For instance, you can choose which days of the week the touch-list has to run on.
