<\/p>\n You can choose the desired options to make your search more effective.<\/p>\n Select this option if you want to skip profiles that you have already grabbed. Hiring Prospector avoids those profiles that you have already grabbed during your previous search. This options works especially with Sales Navigator Account.<\/p>\n Select this option if you want to skip the specified degrees of LinkedIn connections. Typically your LinkedIn connections are segregated as 1st degree, 2nd degree and 3rd degree connections. In addition, you will have Group Members.<\/p>\n By default, all the checkboxes are unselected. You can customize your selection by selecting the desired options.<\/p>\n It is possible to grab profiles with Prospects working with more than one present company. We have a option tab available<\/p>\n To use this option, Please check the checkbox and state the number of present companies to your desire.<\/p>\n By default the Checkbox is unselected.You can customize your selection by selecting the desired options.<\/p>\n Click the drop-down arrow under this option to select the maximum number of profiles that you would like to grab per company.<\/p>\n By default, 5 is selected.<\/p>\n Hiring Prospector would scan 15 profiles to grab 5 profiles that match the given criteria.<\/p>\n By default, to grab 1 profile, Management-Finder would examine 3 profiles. When you increase the number of prospects to grab, the number of prospects to be examined will be increased in multiples of 3.<\/p>\n Select this option, if you want to ignore the profile when the given title is not part of the current title.<\/p>\n This option will be selected by default.<\/p>\n If you do not want to view profiles with specific titles, you can enter the titles in the text box.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Here President\/CEO titles are entered. So profiles with titles President\/CEO will not be displayed in the search. You can enter titles that you do not wish to view.<\/p>\n Click OK to save the settings.<\/p>\n By default the C-Level Management-Finder will not be enabled in the Li Management-Finder option.
