eGrabber has released the latest version of LeadGrabber Pro software and this post is for existing LeadGrabber Pro customers to update the software.<\/p>\n

Please follow the steps given below:<\/p>\n

  1. Launch LeadGrabber Pro.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A pop-up displays \u2013 A new version of LeadGrabber Pro is available.<\/p>\n

    1. Click Download Now<\/b><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You will be taken to the LeadGrabber Pro Download web page. If you do not see the pop-up, here is the direct link<\/a> to the LeadGrabber Pro download page.<\/p>\n

      \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Click Download<\/b><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        A pop-up appears, prompting you to save the file.<\/p>\n

        \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Click Save File<\/b><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The file gets saved in your default downloads folder.<\/p>\n

          \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

          1. Double-click on the exe <\/b><\/strong>file.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            A LeadGrabber Pro Warning dialog box is displayed.<\/p>\n

            \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

            1. Click OK <\/b><\/strong>to proceed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              The setup first starts to uninstall your existing version of LeadGrabber Pro.<\/p>\n

               <\/p>\n

              1. Click Next<\/b><\/strong>.\n

                Don’t change anything on this page, don’t use the Advanced option, else you will lose all your existing LeadGrabber Pro data. Only click Next.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                A pop-up appears prompting you to save the License key in the text file on your desktop.<\/p>\n

                1. Click OK<\/b><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  The setup starts removing the older LeadGrabber Pro. After uninstalling LeadGrabber Pro, the following screen is displayed.<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  1. Click Finish<\/b><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Now, the setup enables you to install the latest version of LeadGrabber Pro.<\/p>\n

                    \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

                    1. Click Proceed with Installation<\/b><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      A License Agreement screen is displayed.<\/p>\n

                      \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

                        \n
                      1. Click Yes \u2013 I accept License Agreement<\/b><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        The Customer Information screen is displayed.<\/p>\n

                        1. Enter the user name, company, installation path and select the required options and click Next<\/b><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          The Installing \u2013 LeadGrabber Pro screen is displayed. Since you are already a registered user of LeadGrabber Pro, the setup automatically detects your license key and the I have a Purchased License Key<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0option is selected by default.<\/p>\n

                            \n
                          1. Click Next<\/b><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            The setup starts installing the latest version of LeadGrabber Pro.<\/p>\n

                            \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

                            After installation, the setup updates the latest components of LeadGrabber Pro.<\/p>\n

                            \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

                            Once the updates are installed, the following screen is displayed.<\/p>\n

                            1. Click Launch Product<\/b><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              A registration screen is displayed.<\/p>\n

                              1. Click Register<\/b><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                1. Click Continue <\/b><\/strong>to start using the latest version of LeadGrabber Pro.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
