The total search results can be anything from 1 and up to 20,000.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Now click \u2018<strong>Grab<\/strong>\u2019 and follow the settings as given below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2019-03-15_1214.png?w=1200&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you click <strong>Grab<\/strong> and if the search result is greater than 1000, LeadGrabber Pro automatically enables the auto-split function. Select <em>Yes, I want more than 1000 &gt; launch Auto-splitter<\/em> option and Click GO. LeadGrabber Pro starts splitting the master lead search into smaller chunks as shown below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2019-03-15_1243_001.png?w=1200&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: If you don&#8217;t want to build the entire search result, select the option <em>No, just 1000 are enough<\/em> &gt; Add 1000 to queue and click GO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once Auto-Split process is completed, LeadGrabber Pro prompts you to add these URLs to the Build Queue.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2019-03-15_1249.png?w=1200&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Click \u2018<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u2019 and a <strong>Build Settings<\/strong> window pops up.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter the details such as Build Name, Contact information to Append, Email addresses to which the build data has to be sent, etc. and click \u2018<strong>Add to Queue<\/strong>\u2019 to start building the URL Data. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2019-03-15_1255.png?w=1200&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Click <strong>Show Build Queue<\/strong> button to view all builds that are added.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.egrabber.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/123-1.png?w=1200&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Build Queue<\/strong> tab, you can view the build information such as &#8211; which build is running, how many records have been completed and more.
