LinkedIn is the most publicly available and up-to-date contact information for millions of working professionals across the corporate world. It is more up-to-date than any list vendor can provide. That's because the owners of their profiles update them.
When TouchPoint is working on your contacts, it refers to the LinkedIn profile as of that moment. We do not store any information of LinkedIn on our servers. All profiles are processed and stored on your local PC, with your credentials. We do not copy any of your personal contacts or profile data to our corporate servers.
TouchPoint has technology to automatically research and find the LinkedIn-IDs of your contacts. All you need to import is the Name and Company of your profiles. TouchPoint will automatically find their LinkedIn-ID.
Even if you have a list of subscribers, with only their business email address, TouchPoint will still attempt to find their LinkedIn-ID.
The standard package of TouchPoint comes with 5,000 auto-append LinkedIn-IDs, should you choose to use it. Each attempt TouchPoint makes to find a LinkedIn-ID causes 1 credit to be used from this 5,000.
Of course, if you import LinkedIn-ID of your prospects, then TouchPoint will use what you have given. If the LinkedIn-ID you have provided is out-of-use, or the profile URL does not exist anymore, TouchPoint will attempt to find the new and updated LinkedIn-ID.
All Job Changes are available inside the TouchPoint product. You can export this list.
If you configure daily email reports, you will get the job change report in your email inbox. It's a great way to start the day - pursue new opportunities and defend your existing accounts!
TouchPoint uses your LinkedIn account, on your local PC, to scan for changes. So to keep your account safe, it can scan 400+ contacts per day.
You can import a list of tens-of-thousands into TouchPoint. Everyday it will scan 400 and move on to the next 400 the next day.
The primary purpose of TouchPoint is to scan your Sales Funnel, keep you abreast of changes, and keep your funnel engaged.
A secondary use of TouchPoint is to advertise yourself to a large Group, or a large demographic of target prospects. You will get increased traffic to your LinkedIn profile, and fresh new incoming connect requests and conversations. You will also get people looking back at your profile.
We have seen users get 4x-10x increases in traffic to their LinkedIn profile in a couple of weeks.
This is helpful if you have a 100,000+ target market but you only want to engage people who take notice or show interest in who you are and what you have to offer.
LinkedIn feeds are crowded with videos, blogs and shares. Are you sure you are able to find all the changes to your customer base in there?
We bet not. We bet you've missed quite a few.
Take our challenge. Let us surprise you. Jump on a call with us, and share a set of customers who you'd like to verify. We'll run TouchPoint and tell you how many of those have changed titles and jobs.
TouchPoint allows you to do customer base tracking on auto-pilot. TouchPoint will alert you with an email when it finds someone shifted titles or companies. So you can focus on your priority tasks and just handle the alerts when TouchPoint sends them to you.
TouchPoint is meant for you if 80% of your prospects and customers are on LinkedIn. If your customers are not on LinkedIn, TouchPoint is not meant for you.
No. You need another TouchPoint license. 1 License of TouchPoint is designed to work with 1 LinkedIn account.
Thorough Internet Research goes into finding Business Email Addresses for you. We want *You* to be confident which email addresses are going to get delivered, which ones *might* get delivered and which ones will never get delivered. So we color them differently.
Here’s a screenshot of different status and colors you will see.
We recommend that you definitely use 1 & 2.
We recommend you do not use 7 & 8.
We recommend you use 3, 4, 5 & 6 only if you feel that taking the risk is worth the reward for you.
If you like technical details, here’s what you’ll want to know:
1 – Valid : The email address has been validated with that company’s email server and is a valid email account.
2-Personal Probable : The email address is found on the web, but it’s a gmail / yahoo / personal email address, and that server refuses to verify the email.
3-Probable : The email address was projected based on a statistical analysis of the email patterns of that company. Also, the email server refuses to verify the projected email as a Valid or Invalid.
4-Unknown (Accepts All) : Indicates that the server accepts any email address with that domain name. You get this if you have imported the emails to the grid.
5-Unknown (Doesn't Validate) : Indicates that the server cannot verify the email address as a Valid or Invalid email. You get this if you have imported the emails to the grid.
Low Probable : There were hardly any email addresses of that company on the Internet. The email address is guessed and the email server cannot verify the email address as Valid or Invalid.
7-Invalid : The email address has been checked with that company’s email server. They say it’s 'Not a real email address.'
8-Issues with Input : Could be that we didn’t find a web domain for the company you entered – or you didn’t enter the name / company at all. If the company is too short, expand the company name or provide the web domain of the company.
eGrabber TouchPoint searches the Internet, in real-time, for email addresses as soon as you enter a Name and Company and click "Find". It searches available documents in the public domain, websites, blogs and any other document you can find on a public search engine. Finds emails in seconds.
If TouchPoint finds the email address on a public document, it shows you that document.
If there is no email address found, TouchPoint uses a multitude of techniques to intelligently and statistically guess the prospect's email address.
Our software is as good as an expert human Internet researcher. There is a 90%+ chance we will find an email, if it is present on the public Internet. We have our email finding process patented (US Patent # 8495151 B2). Thousands of customers have been using this technology since 2009.
TouchPoint is designed to find business email addresses, NOT personal or consumer email addresses.
We consider free email providers like gmail, yahoo, Hotmail and others to be personal email addresses.
However, if it can cross verify that the personal email address on the Internet belongs to the correct prospect in that company, it may provide you with a personal email address.
If you do not unregister the product, it is not possible to register again.
** Works with Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited editions; provided you have not removed the contact fields your Salesforce.com came configured with. And does not work with Contact Manager and Team/Group edition.

Reasons for Accuracy Errors:
The answer to following one question, almost always determines if you would embrace projected emails:
Which of these two lists do you prefer to work with?
If you answered you prefer the 50% connect-list, because you can reach more people, then you will love our projected email feature. Generally for the aggressive marketers, the risks outweigh the rewards.
If you said, I prefer to only work with 100% certain emails, then you would use only the emails FOUND on the Internet by our software
The accuracy of the projected emails is dependent on how consistent companies you prospect are in issuing similar IDs to all their employees. Most companies like to follow a pattern such as email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org and so on for such companies, the projection works well.
In some companies, employees are allowed to figure out their own email-id, When projecting email-id of these companies, there is a high probability that the projection would be wrong.
Better ROI on Projected
Your chance of response on a projected email is 2x to 3x higher than the found by going after the projected emails. That's because you are reaching people your competitors are not.
These projected emails are hidden. Your competition gave up & you didn’t. So get rewarded.
Our projected emails are 2x more accurate than an in-house researcher
If you have an in-house researcher, we can guarantee our projection is going to be 2x better than their projection. That's because we sample 10x more pages to get a email pattern
Be Safe, be like everyone else
If your goal is 100% accuracy, you would want to just stick to 1 & 2 rated VALID emails.
Else, be Prudent, Stand a chance of winning High
If you are willing to be Business-prudent and take a calculated risk, You would use the 3-rated Probable for 50% accuracy and 6-rated Low Probable for 33% accuracy.
We drink our own Kool-Aid
We have been using projected emails for ages.
We have have first-hand experience - we reach people that our competitors have not reached yet.
We are looking at the glass full part, not the glass empty part.
