I have purchased a License Key. How long can I use LeadResearcher™ Standard?
If you have purchased the License Key, you can use LeadResearcher™ Standard for one year. The software expires in one year after the date of registration.

How do I install the trial version of LeadResearcher Standard?
Download the installation file from http://www.egrabber.com/leadresearcherstandard/trial.html. The Install Shield Wizard guides you through the rest of the process.
What are the restrictions in the trial version?
The trial version is fully functional, but can be used only for a specific period. After successful installation, you can evaluate the product for three days. You can also obtain a Free Trial License Key and use the trial version for 10 days or 50 email searches, whichever occurs earlier.
How do I obtain a Free Trial License Key?
If you have provided a valid E-mail ID at the time of downloading the product, you will receive your Free Trial License Key via E-mail to your E-mail ID.
After installation, the eGrabber Product Registration window appears. Enter the License Key in the space provided and click Register Now.
Click Continue to start using the product.
My trial version has expired; can I download it again?
Once your trial version expires, you cannot download it again. However, you can contact our customer support and extend the trial version period for another 10 days.
How do I purchase the License Key?

How do I register LeadResearcher Standard?
After Installation, the eGrabber Product Registration window appears.
- Enter the License Key you have received and click Register Now.
- After you get the message "Successfully Registered", click Continue to start using the product.
I am not able to register the product. What could be the problem?
- Check whether you have entered the License Key properly. You can copy and paste the License Key to avoid typing errors.
- Ensure that you are connected to the Internet at the time of registering the product.
- The other problems are, your Internet connection may be slow, or the server may be busy. In these circumstances, check the Internet connection and try registering after some time.
Can I use LeadResearcher Standard in multiple systems?
If you want to use the product in multiple systems, you need to purchase multiple licenses. Contact our customer support to get multiple licenses. If you want to use the product in another system with the same license key, follow the steps:
- Unregister the product in System A.
- Install and register the product in System B.
I intend to upgrade my system to higher configuration. How to install and register LeadResearcher Standard with the same license key?
- Note down your License Key number.
- Unregister the product.
- Upgrade your system.
- Install the Product and Register again.
If you do not unregister the product, it is not possible to register again.
My hard disk crashed and I was not able to unregister the product. How do I register the product?
In such exceptional cases, you can contact our customer support to obtain a new license key. Your former license key is revoked and using this key in future violates the terms of License Agreement.
Note: We recommend you to have a backup of the software in a CD or in another system to avoid such discrepancies.

What is Reverse E-mail Lookup?
Reverse E-mail Lookup option enables you to find the contact name, company name, phone numbers, company website URL, and the public profile links of the contact based on the E-mail ID.
What is Validate E-mail?
Validate E-mail option enables you to check whether the E-mail is valid or invalid.
What is Find Web Profiles?
Find Web Profiles option enables you to find all the public profile links of your contact. It extracts profile links from social networking sites like Zoominfo, MySpace, Spoke, etc.
How do I transfer the contact details to the destination application?
To transfer the contact details to the destination application,
- Select the destination application from the Transfer to drop-down Menu on the LeadResearcher Standard toolbar.
- Select the contact record that needs to be transferred and click the Transfer button on the LeadResearcher Standard toolbar.
- The selected contact details are transferred to the selected destination application.
Why should I renew LeadResearcher Standard?
LeadResearcher Standard comes with an Annual subscription license which will expire at the end of one year. To continue using the software, you have to renew the subscription for another year. During your subscription period, you will receive free product updates.

If you are renewing your LeadResearcher™ Standard license after the license expiry date, you will have to pay the full annual subscription price of US$ 595 per user per year.
