How LeadGrabber handles LinkedIn Daily Limits

How LeadGrabber handles LinkedIn Daily Limits

You Must keep within LinkedIn Daily Limits

LinkedIn is a web service. Just like any service, they expect a certain amount of web traffic from every user. If anyone exceeds that, they do not like it, because excess traffic affects the response times for their other customers.

Be nice. Respect LinkedIn’s limits.

You Must purchase LinkedIn Premium accounts

Our customers inform us that they are able to best use LeadGrabber after taking premium accounts.

The best limits are with Sales Navigator and Recruiter accounts. We do not recommend the Business Premium accounts.

LeadGrabber is configured for safety

LeadGrabber is configured to limit your LinkedIn downloads to 500 maximum per day. Through experience we have found this to be the safest limit.

The count of 500 resets at midnight, as per your PC’s time.

So if I grabbed 500 records Wednesday 10PM, can I grab 500 records the next day morning?

Advisable not to.  LinkedIn seems to have a GMT reset time. Ideally, you should have 23+ hours between grab-sessions.

How many counts are used by LeadGrabber when I grab?

There is 1 count used for every record that is grabbed. So if you grab 20 records, the daily count is reduced by 20.

During Append Email, if LeadGrabber suspects that an email address could be found in LinkedIn, it will use between 1-4 count per record, for this purpose too.

However, if you wish to keep the number of records you grab to the maximum everyday, recommend that you finish grabbing until all the daily count is exhausted and after that, proceed with the Append Email / Phone button.

If you have purchased the Append LinkedIn ID plugin, then between 1-5 daily counts will be used for every input record.

If you have purchased the Profile-Visitor plugin, then 1 daily count will be used for every input record that has to be visited.
