Options in LI-Management-Finder

On the Management-Finder Grid, click the drop-down arrow on the LI-Management-Finder button and click on Options.

The Options dialog box is displayed.

You can choose the desired options to make your search more effective.

Skip already grabbed profiles

Select this option if you want to skip profiles that you have already grabbed. Hiring Prospector avoids those profiles that you have already grabbed during your previous search. This options works especially with Sales Navigator Account.

Skip Degrees

Select this option if you want to skip the specified degrees of LinkedIn connections. Typically your LinkedIn connections are segregated as 1st degree, 2nd degree and 3rd degree connections. In addition, you will have Group Members.

By default, all the checkboxes are unselected. You can customize your selection by selecting the desired options.

Grab Profiles with specified number of Present Companies

It is possible to grab profiles with Prospects working with more than one present company. We have a option tab available

To use this option, Please check the checkbox and state the number of present companies to your desire.

By default the Checkbox is unselected.You can customize your selection by selecting the desired options.

Max Prospects to Grab per Company

Click the drop-down arrow under this option to select the maximum number of profiles that you would like to grab per company.

By default, 5 is selected.

Hiring Prospector would scan 15 profiles to grab 5 profiles that match the given criteria.

By default, to grab 1 profile, Management-Finder would examine 3 profiles. When you increase the number of prospects to grab, the number of prospects to be examined will be increased in multiples of 3.

Ignore profiles if it is not current title

Select this option, if you want to ignore the profile when the given title is not part of the current title.

This option will be selected by default.

Don’t show profiles

If you do not want to view profiles with specific titles, you can enter the titles in the text box.

Here President/CEO titles are entered. So profiles with titles President/CEO will not be displayed in the search. You can enter titles that you do not wish to view.

Click OK to save the settings.

Switch to C-Level Management-Finder

By default the C-Level Management-Finder will not be enabled in the Li Management-Finder option. In-case the Li Management-Finder gets no results, we can enable this option to switch to C-Level Management-Finder
C-Level Management-Finder searches for companies websites, blogs, Wikipedia etc… for the prospects.
