AIRS Search Lab is the first and most comprehensive hands-on computer based training for e-recruitment professionals.
AIRS will provide the AddressGrabber software to each Search Lab attendee as part of the new AIRS SearchTools Package. This free alumni package also contains:
- AIRS Boolean Box people-search application
- AIRS Search Toolbar
- Access to proprietary AIRS databases with over 1,000 ISPs with home pages, 5,000 technical user groups, 2,000 free resume banks and 3,000 local and skill-specific job boards
The entire SearchTools Package is free to Search Lab attendees. "The Search Lab is a performance-based workshop, meaning that attendees search the Net in a trainer-led environment and take home real resumes, home pages and contact lists," according to Bill Craib, Senior Director of AIRS Training. "AddressGrabber is an important step in this process as it allows recruiters to quickly transfer candidate data from resumes they find on the Net into the contact management programs they use back at the office."

"Our patent pending technology adds powerful leverage to AIRS candidate mining process.
