How to use LeadGrabber NEW Features (2021)

All these are new features of LeadGrabber. All of these features are free. To enable them, please contact [email protected] or [email protected] and we will enable these features for you.

1. Quick Mode Grab

Quick Mode grab allows you to capture up to 2,500 records a day very quickly. This includes Name, Job Title, Company and LinkedIn Profile URL. Previously using Detailed mode, you could grab 500 records a day. Quick Mode allows you 2,500 records a day.

Quick Mode does not capture details like City, State, Country, Zip code and a few company details which are found inside the profile.

To use Quick Mode, click the Grab Button, and choose the “Quick” option. If you enable AutoNext via the toolbar menu, then LeadGrabber will move to other pages also.

2. Co-Workers and Corporate Emails

When you Append Email, you will now get the Co-Workers emails and the Corporate Email addresses as well. These can be exported easily to Excel.

Co-Workers email addresses are emails which are found on the public Internet, when Append Email is doing its research. These will be email addresses of people. These are extremely useful for Back-Channel marketing. This means if you cannot get in touch with the primary prospect, you have alternate people to contact and ask them to forward your message to the target prospect – believe it or not, the message gets through almost all the time!

Corporate email addresses are impersonal email addresses, like info@, sales@…etc. These are extremely useful when dealing with small companies, because the decision makers will be watching these email addresses for incoming important email.

These Co-Worker and Corporate emails are handy when the primary prospect’s email gets a “3-Probable” or “4-Can’t Validate”. That’s because you still have alternate people to talk to in the organization. This feature is best used with Reverse Email Lookup – which helps you find the name and job title of the co-workers.

Typically, each email append is 10cents a contact, but with Co-Workers emails, you get so many more contacts, that the 10cents looks like a steal.

3. Search Within Accounts

Do you need any of these?

  1. Do you have a list of companies and you want to find target prospects inside them?
  2. Do you have a list of web downloads which has user information, but you want decision maker names instead?
  3. Are you building a list of companies which are growing and want the decision makers inside?

If your answer is YES, then Search within Accounts is meant for you.

How to use this:

  1. Import, paste or Grab records to the LeadGrabber grid
  2. Select all the records by clicking the topmost checkmark in the grid
  3. Click the “Search Within Accounts” and a sales navigator search will open with all these companies.
  4. Now you can use the Sales Navigator filters to find your decision makers and then Grab the list

4. Reverse Lookup LinkedIn IDs

If you have LinkedIn People Profile URLs and you need to fill out Names, Job Titles, Companies and other information, this is useful. Also, if you have older records in your CRM with LinkedIn profile URLs and you want the updated contact information, this feature is useful.

How to use:

  1. Paste the LinkedIn People Profile URLs into the grid. You can paste either Public LinkedIn URLs ( example: https://www.linkedin.com/in/chandra-bodapati/ ) or Sales Navigator Profile URLs ( example: https://www.linkedin.com/sales/people/ACoAACesAN4Bw1qLf_Y1oWNFs6klKgEIP81maC4,name,KAFv?profileId=ACoAACesAN4Bw1qLf_Y1oWNFs6klKgEIP81maC4 ).

    To paste the URLs, you can copy the URLs from Excel and then Paste in LeadGrabber using this button.

2. Click the “Reverse Lookup LinkedIn IDs” button. Fields like Name, Job Title, Company and others will be filled up. This process takes a little while per record.

5. Formatted Excel Export

LeadGrabber now exports the contacts in a professionally formatted excel file, which can be shared with your manager or their bosses right away. It contains the most important information in an easy to understand layout.

The formatted excel is also great to send to your email marketing team so that they can import it in your outbound email marketing platform. Special processing is done for Name and Company fields in this sheet, so that your email merges are painless.

  1. For example, Company names are auto-transformed to make them merge-friendly, so “eGrabber Inc”, would be transformed to “eGrabber”. This makes your company names look less robotic, and make them look more humanized.
  2. Names are split into First and Last name, so you will never have a case where the name merges as “Hello Mr.” but instead you will have a sensible “Hello Adam”
  3. Job Titles are also categorized into “C-Level”, “VP-Level” and other categories. A New column is added to this sheet so you can sort and filter – so that you can target different levels of the organization with different messages.

6. Increasing Email Delivery – by detection of Email Host Server

When you send a lot of emails, you know that you have to watch the number of emails that go to Gmail servers. If your email campaign delivers too many emails to Gmail servers, your email campaign starts reaching the SPAM folder of-no-return.

The problem is worse when your target prospects have subscribed to G-Suite ( paid email inbox from Google ). You may see their email address as “[email protected]” BUT you have no idea if it’s hosted on Google or not.

LeadGrabber now tells you if the email inbox is hosted on Google or not. We’ve added a new column which states this information. This column will get filled during the Append Email process.

If you have a list of email addresses, you can also select the emails in the LeadGrabber grid and click this button.

When the process is complete, you will see this column filled up. Now you can export the grid data and plan your email campaign better. We notice that some power users even change their email template based on this column – what they do is, if they are sending to Google hosted emails, they change their email template more often. Others control the volume of emails going to Google hosted emails on a daily basis.
