Getting Started with eGrabber Li Management-Finder

Welcome to eGrabber Li Management-Finder, let’s quickly build the target prospect for you.

In this example, we assume ourselves as a Software product company, which is trying to find new Clients. We specialise in Sales and Marketing tools in United Satates.

We will now build a list of executives and managers who could potentially use our tool, using this 4 step process:

  1. Search for Companies which are your potential clients
  2. Specify the profile of your target executives and managers (using LinkedIn Filters)
  3. Run the Li Management-Finder process (this builds the list of executives and managers)
  4. Append Email addresses (for your target executives and managers)

Step 1: Search for Companies which are your Potential clients

Inside your Management-Finder browser, go to LinkedIn Sales-Navigator account and search for industries who might be your potential clients.

Capture the List of Companies from the Job boards. Choose “Extract companies in company-profile” in the drop down next to the Grab button.Getting Started with eGrabber Li Management-Finder 2

Step 2: Specify the profile of your target executives and managers (using LinkedIn Filters)

Log into your Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Recruiter inside the Management-Finder browser. Enter relevant Keywords, Location, title, etc to find the executives / managers you want and click search.

In this example, I am looking for CEOs, VPs and Senior Managers. So I type those into the title filter and click Search.

Don’t worry about typing in the company name at this time. The product will substitute the company name automatically.

This step is very important. You need to Save The Search. Click the button in the toolbar above the browser.

A dialog box is opened, Provide the title for your saved search and click save. I’m naming it “United States, CEO, VP, Senior Manager“.Getting Started with eGrabber Li Management-Finder 7

Step 3: Run the Li Management-Finder process (this builds the list of executives and managers)

Click the LI-Management-Finder Button, and in the sub-menu, choose the Search you just saved. Management-Finder ->Append Matching Prospects in companies-> United States, CEO, VP, Senior ManagerGetting Started with eGrabber Li Management-Finder 8

The Li Management-Finder will capture all matching profiles for each of the companies which you grabbed from Sales navigator Account.

Step 4: Append Email addresses (for your target executives and managers)

Now you have a targeted list of prospects.

The next step is to contact them, right?

Have a look at the contacts that are available in the Li Management-Finder Grid.

Check-mark the contacts that don’t have email address and click Append E-mail button on the Management-Finder Grid toolbar.

What’s next?

With a click of a button, you can transfer the list of contacts to an Excel sheet or Outlook, PC Recruiter or Salesforce.com.

Check-mark the records on the grid and click Transfer on the Management-Finder Grid toolbar. For example, select Excel or Copy.
